Unfortunately, there is much false information in this assessment. For example, I never sat on tenants' furniture as prospective tenants walked through. Since the unit is occupied, I am always absolutely sure to stay with the showing through the property for security purposes, as it a standard practice of mine. This client had left a 5-star review last year when it rented quickly at asking price. This time the unit was not available until September, and they wanted nothing less than the same results. Lastly, proactive communication was not possible, as this client called/texted me multiple times per day, often having conversations over half an hour. After 3 weeks he decided to list with another agent; they were also was not able to rent it.
